Returns & Refunds

Store Credit Only: We issue store credit for all eligible returns.

Online Purchases

  • Initiation: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping: You have 5 days to ship the item back after your return is approved.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Free of makeup, odors, smoke, or excessive hair
  • Original packaging must be included if applicable 
  • A $10 restocking fee may apply if conditions are not met

Late Returns: Items shipped back outside of the 5-day return window (after approval) will be returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items with a discount of 20% or more (including sale items or utilizing loyalty points)
  • Accessories
  • Swimwear
  • Shoes
  • Merch

Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory. You may repurchase the correct item and request a return for the originally ordered item. 

Important Considerations:

  • Scout's is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing by the customer.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Items
Report defects within 4 days of delivery to scoutsboutiquecs@gmail.com. Include photos of the damage. 

We carry limited inventory and small-batch, seasonal styles, so our return policy is thoughtfully designed to align with the nature of our collections. This allows us to manage returns responsibly while continuing to offer fresh, carefully curated pieces.

Taking this into consideration a maximum of 7 returned items per customer per month are allowed. This policy allows us to manage inventory responsibly, discourage bulk purchasing intended for return, and maintain fair pricing without operating like a large retailer.
